Shipping Update and Glow in the Dark Dice

Shipping Update

Shipping is well underway and we should have all packages mailed by next Monday! Each backer will receive 2 emails when your advent calendar is shipped- one from EasyShip to say the label has been created and one from Backerkit when your package has been scanned in by UPS or USPS.  Please message us with any questions about tracking numbers. 

Glow in the Dark Liquid Core

As part of our sharp edge dice subscription we have developed a new set of dice each month all year. With that, I went a little bit crazy with 7 new glow in the dark liquid core dice and 8 glitter liquid core dice.  They are currently now up on Kickstarter at pre-order pricing to be shipped out mid-November.

Backerkit Locking in 48 Hours

The dice are done and we are now ready to ship Advent Calendars! With that, Backerkit will lock all orders and charge cards in 48 hours (11:30 pm ET) and then charge all cards. If you would like to update your order or change your address, please do so as soon as possible. Backerkit sent a reminder email and we can send new links for any backer who needs it. 

Shipping calendars is a long process and will take a few weeks with our tiny team. We will give priority for any backers based outside of the United States and will give another update when all calendars have been shipped. Please reach out if you have any questions any time.

Backerkit, Production, and Salt Lake FanX

Backerkit and Production

Thank you to 80% of Backers who have completed their Backerkit Surveys! The surveys are still open through all of September to edit your order or address. If any backers cannot find their Backerkit information, please message us via Backerkit or at [email protected] to receive a new link.

If you didn't see, we did add one brand new 2023 set as an add-on for all Backers call "Lights". 

 Production is going on schedule! We have all the boxes, 17 sets are completely done, and 8 sets are being finished soon. With that, we will keep pre-orders and Backerkit open until the end of September and will send out an update when we are ready to lock addresses and start shipping. 

Meet us in Salt Lake for FanX Next Week!

We will be at booth 630 for Salt Lake FanX (September 21-23) on the main aisle! We look forward to meeting everyone there, stop by to say hi and enter to win a set of dice! We will be bringing a small number of 2022 style advent calendars with us for anyone who wants to see them in person.

Late Pledges and Backerkit Smoke Test

Late Pledges

Late pledges are now available via Backerkit for anyone who was unable to join the Kickstarter. They will be available there through the end of September when everything will move to the normal store. 

Backerkit

Backerkit is now going through "Smoke Tests" which means that 5% of backers will receive their surveys through the end of the week. By releasing it to a small number of backers we can catch any issues or confusion in the survey.  If you do receive the survey and have any questions please message us via Backerkit, Kickstarter, or [email protected].  

After the Smoke Test is completed (within the next few days) we will send Backerkit surveys to all backers. We'll have another Kickstarter announcement for that release, but all backers can change their pledge levels, add additional items, pay for shipping, and give all their preferences for their advent calendar via Backerkit. You can edit your survey as many times as you would like up until we lock addresses in October.
